Question about vegetables?
I have a really busy schedule and I normally rely on food that are durable and can be prepared fast. I eat veggie patties, Organic bars, vegetable steaks a lot. While i know this is not the real deal, I am curious whether it satisfies the daily veggie requirements of a healthy diet.
It does, but you still should try and fit some ‘real’ veggies and fruits into your diet. Perhaps a banana or a pack of baby carrots. It’s not difficult.
