What will be the culinary trends of 2009 , to be?

I'm not interested in "ethics" the trend to eat local food or organic, or even the amount portions. I want to know exactly what foods are popular. In 2008 we saw Amaranth and Quinoa, tap water, blood oranges and unusual salt trends. What do you expect to see in 2009?

Fish, fresh herbs Homegrown produce and (economic legacy of last year), proteins, such as saving money of pork and chicken (free – cultivation course, because all food crises of 2008) rediscovered comfort food for thought for us to return to this place safer.
